About Rawdha
Rawdha Almansoori is a dedicated Assistant Psychologist licensed by the Department of Health (DOH) Abu Dhabi and approved by the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) to provide psychological support in both clinical and school settings. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Zayed University, graduating with honors and an excellence award.
At Irish Wellness Medical Center, Rawdha combines clinical expertise with a strong academic foundation, supporting children and adolescents. Her training includes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques, autism spectrum interventions, and behavioral management strategies, allowing her to deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's emotional and developmental needs.
In addition to her clinical work, Rawdha has contributed to psychological community initiatives, including the Ewaa Ambassador Program and the Dubai Foundation for Women and Children, where she gained specialized training in trauma-informed care, abuse prevention, and advocacy.
Fluent in Arabic and English, Rawdha offers culturally sensitive support and values building safe, trusting relationships with clients and families.
