About Harshil Shah
Harshil Shah is a DOH-licensed Clinical Psychologist with comprehensive experience across both inpatient and outpatient mental-health services in Abu Dhabi. He has worked with diverse populations, providing psychological assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. His clinical interests span behavioral addictions, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related concerns, loneliness, and the complex impact of technology on mental well-being.
Harshil has contributed to international research with published studies on hikikomori, problematic gaming, digital addiction, and mental health trends in young adults. He has presented his work at regional conferences and continues to explore innovative, technology-driven approaches to mental-health support.
